Refund and Returns Policy

At Skytronics, we stand by the quality of our drones and drone accessories. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food or flowers
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Customized or modified drone parts

Required Documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be processed through Skytronics directly.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • DJI, Autel, or Parrot drones with clear signs of use
  • Opened drone software, flight simulator programs, or related training materials
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest:

  1. Checking your bank account again.
  2. Contacting your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reaching out to your bank, as there is often a delay before a refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@skytronics.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted drones and accessories cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective drone or accessory for the same model, send us an email at support@skytronics.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please send the item to the following address: 685 5th Ave, New York, NY 10022, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: 685 5th Ave, New York, NY 10022, United States.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged drone or accessory to reach you may vary.

For more expensive items such as high-end drones (e.g., DJI, Autel, Parrot), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
